The meals are really creative, and I am always looking forward to how the next dish will be presented. Besides being creative, the taste is also great, and you can feel that every meal is made with care. This time we were served by NHO, who was very attentive and observed what we needed, and then introduced the meals to us in detail, so that we who don’t speak English can also understand clearly. It was great!

Exceptional execution of a cool concept - We had the Vietnamese menu that showcased famous dishes from around the country. It was as if we just traveled the whole country in 1 meal! All the main dishes were seasoned to perfection, and delicately showcased essence of each corresponding signature dish. The focus on the use of spice and condiments also elevated and enhanced the overall dining experience.We would have loved the desserts to be even more flavorful to compliment the boldness of the entrees while the kombucha pairing to be on a lighter side; But otherwise everything was perfect and we would definitely come visit again. Highly recommend and we reckon Oryz Saigon a must-visit in Ho Chi Minh City 🙂Being a new restaurant with only 15months of experience, this restaurant has so much potential! Keep up the good work!

Excellent experience at a classy spot in Saigon. Food was great and took us on a journey through Vietnam, paired with great drinks. Bonus points for accommodating a gluten free diet. Special credit to An Ton and Tri for making the experience unforgettable

Enjoyed a delicious journey from Hanoi, Hue to Ho Chi Minh City at ORYZ Saigon - 14 creative and exquisite dishes that combine Vietnamese and Chinese flavors, each one is like a poem full of stories. The friendly and attentive introductions by the three service staff of NHU, KHOA and PHUONG made the whole meal more warm and memorable.

We experienced a culinary journey through the north to south of Vietnam with the inventive, well presented and delicious 14 course menu. It was such a fun, unique and memorable experience. Our server, Khoa, was great. His explanation of each dish and warm hospitality added to the overall experience. Thank you! Can’t wait to visit again next time!

My mom and I had a fantastic dining experience at ORYZ. We absolutely loved all the personal touches, from the welcome card with our name on it, to the artwork, and gift at the end. Each course was so delicate and so beautifully plated. Their unique spin on traditional Vietnamese dishes were so creative, and allowed us to sample foods from the different regions of Vietnam! Our server, Khoa, was fantastic as he explained every dish with such detail. He was so attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes. Would recommend!

We had an amazing experience! Hands down one of the best fine dining places I’ve been to. The Vietnamese 14 course menu was incredible. Food was delicious and the atmosphere and experience was super memorable. We had Khoa as our server and he did a wonderful job at explaining each dish and guiding us through the menu. Actually, I didn't get a chance to go to ORYZ to try everything out there, but I felt really complementary from the menu, you're very good at designing Vietnamese maps, the ingredients that make up your restaurant's menu. Wow!! I believe you will be even more successful on this journey in Vietnam. Hope you have a lot of health to spread your passion for food to people, especially our Vietnamese cuisine. To be honest, I didn't have any expectations and was hoping for a gourmet experience, but it was so delicious and enjoyable. I was so excited that I emptied a bottle of wine. We ate 14 food courses in 2 and a half hours, two women ate, and we were very full. Vietnamese food was reinterpreted using a molecular cooking method, and even though I lived in Vietnam for 5 years, there were dishes I had never seen before, and it was fun to see dishes I already knew reinterpreted in a fresh way. From the first beef with pho foam to the final desserts, it was an experience not to be missed. The price is a bit high, but I think it is a place where you can enjoy high-quality food if you are traveling to Vietnam. It's a concept that doesn't exist in Korea, and there aren't many similar places in Vietnam. I highly recommend it as it would be great as a treat for buyers or valuable guests..!!

This place totally lives up to its five-star Michelin status. Every dish was super fresh and cooked perfectly—it was clear they put a lot of care into every detail. The staff were so friendly and quick, always checking in without being too much. The vibe of the place, plus the tableware, really matched the overall theme and made the meal feel special. The wine pairing was on point and worked amazingly with each course. Honestly, the whole experience blew me away, and I’d 100% come back next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City.
