We visited Saigon in December, and out of several higher end meals we had, this one was our favorite. We had a tasting menu with modern reinterpretations of dishes from Hanoi, Hue, and HCM, and everything was perfection. The kombucha flight was some of the best kombucha I've ever had and dessert was also delicious.The service was so accommodating, not intrusive, and informative. A definite must stop for any trip to Saigon.

Great service, brilliant design of menu and the entire journey throughout the meal. Had quite a lot of fine dining before even with Asian flavors, was always very French influenced. ORYZ definitely present the elements and concept of Vietnamese/ Chinese best. Highly recommend and will visit again when we are next in Saigon.

The sommelier is sharp, intuitive, and unpretentious, her recommendations enhanced, never overshadowed.Come hungry and unhurried. You’re not just dining, you’re being guided through a story. Very interesting and full of inspiration fine dining place. It combines southern Chinese food with Vietnamese flavours. Especially like the cocktail Purple Brew. It made me go back to Jiang Nan area in East of China in one sipping. My table waiter Nhat is very friendly and well explained the concept of each dish. I would come back to try their next new menu if I am in town.

Michelin 1 star unique experience Vietnamese traditional cuisine We ordered 16 courses. The food was very thorough and both taste and appearance were good. Both my eyes and my mouth enjoyed it. There is a booklet written in English and Korean. It was easy to understand The staff is also very friendly and courteous. You explained it well. Meal time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was a truly satisfying meal. If you live in Ho Chi Minh, this is a place you must visit at least once. I ate well Thank you~

First time in vietnam and we found this chinese vietnamese fusion restuarant online so we decided to give it a try! Suffice to say we were very impressed with the food as well as the service! We were served by Nhi and she was amazing with the explanations as well as service 😀

The Vietnamese menu is absolutely fantastic, offering a chance to try all the famous dishes from north to south. Each dish comes with a brief introduction that provides cultural background, enriching the overall dining experience. The dishes complement each other perfectly and are presented in a creative and visually appealing way. The waitstaff, Tri and Nhi, were professional and kind. (There was another staff member—possibly the manager—whose name I can’t recall, but I truly appreciate her help in securing a last-minute reservation.)Thank you for giving me such an unforgettable dining experience.

I had a really great fine dining experience. The atmosphere, service, and reinterpretation of the cuisine were perfect. It was a great place until the last sendoff.

There were four of us in this really fantastic restaurant. We were one of the first guests to experience the new Chinese-inspired menu. We all enjoyed this very much from start to finish. Great flavors, very diverse and varied impressions as you travel through the menu. The drinks also went well and were perfectly coordinated. Particularly noteworthy was the first-class service, which was always thought of as two steps into the future. Our waiter Nhat explained each course to us and showed us the order in which we best enjoy it. We'll be back!

My fiance and I visited Oryz when they were only three days into trialling their new menu. The food far exceeded our expectations as they were endlessly creative with their interpretations or inspirations of food from different cultures of Vietnam and China. We had such a great experience and will definitely come back again!

We had the pleasure to dine at this Restuarant, trying out their new menu! Every dishes was executed to excellence level! Food was fresh, creative and tasty. Have tried many fine dining before but this is one of my favourite! Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking at a dinner full of surprises and explosion of flavours!Also, would highly recommend to go with the kombucha and sake pairing! The kombucha is one of the tastiest I’ve had.

The meals are really creative. I always look forward to how the next dish will be presented. In addition to creativity, the taste is also great. I feel that every meal is made with care. This time we are served by NHO. She is very attentive and will observe what we need. Then she will introduce the meal to us carefully so that we can understand it clearly even if we don't speak English. It's great!
