Four of us visited this truly fantastic restaurant. We were among the first guests to experience the new Chinese-inspired menu. We all thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Wonderful flavors, a very diverse and varied experience as we journeyed through the menu. The drinks were also a perfect match and perfectly coordinated. Particularly noteworthy was the first-class service, which was always two steps ahead. Our waiter, Nhat, explained each course to us and showed us the best order to enjoy it. We'll be back!

My fiance and I visited Oryz when they were only three days into trialling their new menu. The food far exceeded our expectations as they were endlessly creative with their interpretations or inspirations of food from different cultures of Vietnam and China. We had such a great experience and will definitely come back again!

Oryz’s “堤岸” menu is a beautiful tribute to the Chinese-Vietnamese community. Each dish reflects the chef’s deep thought and care — familiar flavors from my own background were reimagined in creative and surprising ways. It wasn’t just a delicious meal; it was a cultural journey. Through the menu, I learned about the history of Chinese immigrants in Vietnam and how their food traditions evolved here.The balance between Chinese roots and Vietnamese influences was seamless, and every bite felt intentional and meaningful. I’m especially grateful to Nho, who guided me through each dish with warmth and insight — her service truly elevated the experience.If I’m ever back in Ho Chi Minh City, I’ll definitely return to Oryz. It’s not just a restaurant — it’s a story told through food.

We had the pleasure to dine at this Restuarant, trying out their new menu! Every dishes was executed to excellence level! Food was fresh, creative and tasty. Have tried many fine dining before but this is one of my favourite! Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking at a dinner full of surprises and explosion of flavours!Also, would highly recommend to go with the kombucha and sake pairing! The kombucha is one of the tastiest I’ve had.

The meals are really creative. I always look forward to how the next dish will be presented. In addition to creativity, the taste is also great. I feel that every meal is made with care. This time we are served by NHO. She is very attentive and will observe what we need. Then she will introduce the meal to us carefully so that we can understand it clearly even if we don't speak English. It's great!

Perfect place to experience the complexity of Vietnamese cuisine in one place! Creative yet with huge respect to the origin of the dishes. One of the top restaurants I’ve ever tried and on par with any Michelin 2/3 stars!

Exceptional execution of a cool concept - We had the Vietnamese menu that showcased famous dishes from around the country. It was as if we just traveled the whole country in 1 meal! All the main dishes were seasoned to perfection, and delicately showcased essence of each corresponding signature dish. The focus on the use of spice and condiments also elevated and enhanced the overall dining experience.We would have loved the desserts to be even more flavorful to compliment the boldness of the entrees while the kombucha pairing to be on a lighter side; But otherwise everything was perfect and we would definitely come visit again. Highly recommend and we reckon Oryz Saigon a must-visit in Ho Chi Minh City 🙂Being a new restaurant with only 15months of experience, this restaurant has so much potential! Keep up the good work!

Excellent experience at a classy spot in Saigon. Food was great and took us on a journey through Vietnam, paired with great drinks. Bonus points for accommodating a gluten free diet. Special credit to An Ton and Tri for making the experience unforgettable

Enjoyed a delicious journey from Hanoi, Hue to Ho Chi Minh City at ORYZ Saigon - 14 creative and exquisite dishes that combine Vietnamese and Chinese flavors, each one is like a poem full of stories. The friendly and attentive introductions by the three service staff of NHU, KHOA and PHUONG made the whole meal more warm and memorable.

We experienced a culinary journey through the north to south of Vietnam with the inventive, well presented and delicious 14 course menu. It was such a fun, unique and memorable experience. Our server, Khoa, was great. His explanation of each dish and warm hospitality added to the overall experience. Thank you! Can’t wait to visit again next time!

My mom and I had a fantastic dining experience at ORYZ. We absolutely loved all the personal touches, from the welcome card with our name on it, to the artwork, and gift at the end. Each course was so delicate and so beautifully plated. Their unique spin on traditional Vietnamese dishes were so creative, and allowed us to sample foods from the different regions of Vietnam! Our server, Khoa, was fantastic as he explained every dish with such detail. He was so attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes. Would recommend!

We had an amazing experience! Hands down one of the best fine dining places I’ve been to. The Vietnamese 14 course menu was incredible. Food was delicious and the atmosphere and experience was super memorable. We had Khoa as our server and he did a wonderful job at explaining each dish and guiding us through the menu. Extremely lovely experience seeing dishes from North to South in tiny presentations, with a lot of creativity and effort. The mini size beef melon fried rice is very delicious, I have to wow with its many flavors

Actually, I didn't get a chance to go to ORYZ to try everything out there, but I felt really complementary from the menu, you're very good at designing Vietnamese maps, the ingredients that make up your restaurant's menu. Wow!! I believe you will be even more successful on this journey in Vietnam. Hope you have a lot of health to spread your passion for food to people, especially our Vietnamese cuisine. Luxurious, cozy restaurant. There is a set menu service style, and I also heard stories about each dish, which was very interesting. Well worth a visit.

To be honest, I didn't have any expectations and was hoping for a gourmet experience, but it was so delicious and enjoyable. I was so excited that I emptied a bottle of wine. We ate 14 food courses in 2 and a half hours, two women ate, and we were very full. Vietnamese food was reinterpreted using a molecular cooking method, and even though I lived in Vietnam for 5 years, there were dishes I had never seen before, and it was fun to see dishes I already knew reinterpreted in a fresh way. From the first beef with pho foam to the final desserts, it was an experience not to be missed. The price is a bit high, but I think it is a place where you can enjoy high-quality food if you are traveling to Vietnam. It's a concept that doesn't exist in Korea, and there aren't many similar places in Vietnam. I highly recommend it as it would be great as a treat for buyers or valuable guests..!!
