We made a random reservation from a suggestion through a local. It happened to be a one night only tasting menu of Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine intertwined with Vietnamese ingredients and inspiration. The experience was incredible. The staff were very attentive and the guest chef was an animated fun guy with a driven focus on his plates. Thanks to An Ton, Dat, Quynh, and Do Nhu for their service! Highly recommend for a top tier dinner in HCMC.

We tried the 14 courses menu and it was fantastic from the start till the end. The herbal duck soup, pork congee and jasmine tofu were exceptionally memorable. I love how they try to incorporate the distinct Chinese and Vietnamese cultures into every single dish. They are creative and every flavours just blend in perfectly. Special shoutout to the waitstaff Quynh and An Ton, they gave detailed introduction of each dishes before serving and very attentive to our needs. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you ever have chance to come visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

It's expensive for Vietnam, but since it's Michelin, I think it's worth visiting at least once. It's delicious, and all the food was so pretty that it was a shame to eat it. It was so pretty that it took a long time to take pictures. I recommend it as a filial piety tour with your mom.

Vol.7 – Cho LonWe had the 14-course experience, and it was an amazing journey. The menu was incredibly creative, with each dish beautifully plated. Every course paid homage to a familiar classic, thoughtfully reimagined through a variety of techniques. The team skillfully elevated simple ingredients into something truly special—and I mean that as high praise. Portions were generous and left us well-fed, which was something the restaurant intentionally aimed for.Service was impeccable. The staff took great care in explaining each dish—it felt like we were being guided through a culinary story.The menu rotates every three months, and we’ll definitely be back to try the next edition if we’re in Saigon.

I’ve never had an experience quite like this ever in my life! I went with my family and all of us were extremely satisfied by the Chợ Lớn experience; each dish truly felt well-thought out and artistic but above all, each one was still extremely delicious. Along with the delicious food, the service was outstanding — our server Nhi was very responsive to all of our curiosities and inquiries and so welcoming and thoughtful! One of the people in my party has a peanut allergy, and the chefs and servers made sure to help provide a safe dining experience as well as keep us knowledgeable about what was in each dish. Everything was so calming and beautiful, all the decor was beautiful but above all the food was so elegantly plated. The portions were very good and left us more than satisfied. Although I have never had a dining experience like this before, this experience has blown far past my expectations!

The waitress, Ms. Nho, was attentive and observant! The meal was perfect, and they thoughtfully put a small booklet to explain the meal concept, ingredients, and how to eat it. The overall experience has many features that are worth savoring~

The food at ORYZ was sublime. We loved that the restaurant focuses on highlighting Vietnamese cuisine and culture, and makes every effort to source and integrate local ingredients into the menu. Oh and the homemade soy sauce was amazing!Our server - Nhi - was so cheerful while the sommelier - Ah Ton - was so knowledgeable and recommended a great locally made sake for us. We will definitely be back when we’re in Saigon again.

Fifth time back at ORYZ and it just keeps getting better. The vibe is always warm and welcoming, As usual, Frances came by to say hi, which was such a nice touch. Big shoutout to An, Tri, Dat, and Phuong for the amazing service, they really looked after us the whole night.Every dish was on point, but the congee? Absolutely amazing. Honestly, we’ve never had a bad meal here. Can’t wait to come back again!

Fantastic fine dining gem in Saigon. Creative dishes with authentic flavors, great story telling in a relaxed, non-pretentious setting. Our waitress Tram was excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable.
