THỰC ĐƠN
Cradle of Northern Vietnamese Civilization & Culture:
More than just a lifeline, Red River is a hallmark of trade, agriculture, and, most profoundly, the very essence of Northern Vietnamese culture.
Its flow transcends time, flowing back to the sophisticated bronze drums culture; with early advancements in wet-rice farming, which eventually laid the foundation for early Vietnamese states, such as Văn Lang and Âu Lạc.
To the Northern Vietnamese, the Red River is more than just a river; it is a living monument to their enduring heritage, carrying memories, hope, and the very essence of their ancestors to be passed on to future generations.
Hence, we decided to call this episode: Descendants of the Red River.
