A bar space with fermentation at its soul, presenting a beverage system we personally brew and ferment.
The first floor evokes a wine cellar, while the second floor recalls a traditional Chinese medicine shop—an homage to the rich pharmaceutical and fermentation culture of Chợ Lớn.
