A place where bustling markets brim with exotic spices and bold flavors, and the place that shaped Chef Chris’s love for food. Now, with deep reverence for his heritage, Chef Chris invites you to experience a heartfelt culinary journey through Nanyang.

A culinary journey through vibrant heart of Sài Gòn – Chợ Lớn. This menu celebrates the diverse influences of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Cambodian cuisines, showcasing signature dishes like Jiaozi or Yong Tau Hu. From the comforting Phá Lấu to the elegant Hainanese Chicken Rice, this menu offers a modern lens into classic dishes of Hoa cuisine.

Temporary Closure

To bring you a refreshed, more casual and warm dining experience, ORYZ Saigon will be closed from 1-11 Dec. Our new concept will introduce an à la carte menu with rice-inspired drinks and East Asian shared dishes.

Meanwhile, our fine dining journey continues at NÔM Dining, a cultural dining experience across 3 regions inspired by Vietnam’s heritage.
