With a strong asian back ground, my experience was absolutely delightful. I was completely absorbed by the dynamic of the set and the rhythm of the menu. Congratulations for all the hard work and your desire to go beyond the boundaries.

Every dish is unique, and the wine pairings are amazing! In addition, Hang, Thanh, and Thuy's service and explanations are very professional, allowing people to better understand the ideas conveyed by the ingredients. It is a restaurant worth a return visit!

The food is delicious, the service is fast and the waiters are quite friendly. I liked the fact that with almost each dish, they gave us a small box containing the main ingredient in that dish, what that ingredient is and where it comes from. The attention to detail on some of the dishes were immaculate. Kudos to being in the 2024 Michelin guide 🎉. Would come back

Going out to eat on a small date, the same saying as always: "you can eat anything, you can eat anywhere" hahaha so I chose ORYZ Saigon. I had a truly memorable and impressive evening. I must say that Oryz's chef is truly talented, meticulous and dedicated, you can feel those things through each dish. And one more thing, I really admire you in using native ingredients from many regions to prepare dishes here. My friend and I chose the set of 15 dishes related to Nanyang Temple. Every dish came out and I said "wow" it was so small 🤣 🤣, it's so beautiful that I can't eat it 🤪 but it suits my taste very well. Thank you to talented chef Chris JH Fong. Thank you for the professionalism and friendliness of the service staff. Thank you for two free glasses of Kombucha from the beautiful owner Franceline Chen.

The food is delicious and unique. There are Chinese service staff who explain the dishes. Qingfang's service is very good.

I ate a set of 15 dishes with Nanyang theme. The food is good, but not really impressive, expecting something more than a tasting menu sample of staple dishes from Singaporean/Malay cuisine. I especially wowed by the dessert inspired by Nasi Lemak.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The restaurant was accommodating to our dietary and pacing needs and the flavors were truly exceptional. The fusion of different culinary influences was a delightful surprise. A small suggestion would be to provide simpler or even written instructions on how to best enjoy the full dining experience. Our server, Nhi, was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend her.

Don't follow Michelin Guide, but I came here after a few recommendations and hearing rave reviews. Even reservation has to be made few days in advance. And I have to say it is quite an outstanding entry. Some sublime creativity in terms of presentation and aesthetic. Service crew are enthusiastic and polite. A very pleasant and engaging experience.

One of the best fine dining I had in Saigon. Such an incredible experience at such a lovely intimate restaurant. The food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely and the service was fast and attentive. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here when visiting Saigon. The food are like mini artworks!

The most amazing restaurant that i have ever had for Chinese fine dinning. The best ever. No matter the taste, the raw material itself, and the services are all outstanding ! Thanh served our table with chinse speaking language, she was very kind and helpful. Very patient to introduce us about all dishes. Also met the owner of the restaurant, she is also very kind and enthusiastic.

Spectacular trip through Asia. In short, a Michelin star, one of the most surprising restaurants we have tried lately. Service by Huy and the rest of the team very good. Looking forward to returning on our next visit.

It has only been open for more than 8 months and has already changed five sets of menus. Every time it is amazing, I have to surrender to the creativity of chef Chris. The theme this time is "Nanyang", I chose the 15-course set meal, and I am as satisfied as ever. The wine pairing and service have always been at a high level~ Especially the waiter Huy who served me was very attentive and explained clearly. And Do Nhu’s smile is so beautiful and heart-warming that I would visit again because of her smile! The key point is that parking is very convenient if you drive. The security guards will carefully guide you to the parking location. It is recommended for self-driving!
