Highly recommended! we had a culinary journey through northern vietnamese cuisine.Service was impeccable. Nhi paid close attention to us, providing very warm and friendly service for the entire night.An was an expert and super knowledgeable at introducing the wine and sake pairing and it was delightful to get to try vietnamese sakeHad a lovely chat with founders Chris and France to understand their philosophy and craft. Already looking forward to the next time we can dine here

I highly recommend trying it at least once. It's not something I'd want to return to, but it's a good experience during your Vietnam trip.I originally planned on the 14-course option, but I had sturgeon and whitefish salad at another restaurant that day, and it tasted fishy, ​​so I opted for the 12-course option, excluding the fish.The server (NHAT) kindly explained each dish, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The main dish, soup, was delicious, and I enjoyed the dessert as well. I made a reservation for the first hour of opening, and there were only about three Korean tables. If you plan on going here, consider the other tables and be considerate of your voice tone so you can enjoy conversation while enjoying your meal.

Absolutely amazing meal. One of the best fine dining experiences my wife and I had in the past two years.The food was presented in a way that was delicate where nothing felt superfluous. The flavors were true to the original dishes that inspired it. The chef did not try to impress by using fancy ingredients, choosing rather to let the flavors speak for themselves.The final savory dish, the stewed beef and rice, was one of the best. The rice was perfectly cooked with a slight bite and the beef was tender to the touch.Special mention to the excellent service by Nhat, who took very good care of us.The owner took some time to speak with us after the meal, which was a nice touch. Her fine dining philosophy was a good fit with my personal tastes, and I believe this restaurant deserves at least one Michelin Star, if the stars are to mean anything.If there is one, very minor, negative, it would be that the meal was carb / starch heavy, with carbs present in almost single dish (there were 14+ dishes). The very noticeable post meal blood sugar spike saw both the wife and I lay comatose during the Grab ride back to the hotel.But hey, that's what the gym is for!

First time try Fine dinning, and I chose Orzy and was impressed by how Vietnamese cusine can be so complex and detailed made like this. Great experience ever had. The staffs Tri and Nhi really helped us not only knowing how to enjoy the meal the right way but also know the beautiful, deep thought about the story behind every dish. Looking for a next experience here with the new menus

From arrival to food service and exiting the restaurant, everything was clean, with just the right amount of course food and just the right amount of seasoning. The atmosphere and flavor were perfect for an evening out!

My experience at The Oryz was exceptional. We had the “Chợ Lớn” set and each dish was a beautiful showcase of flavors, skillfully blended and thoughtfully presented.Every bite was a delight! The only downside was the noise level - it got quite loud, making it difficult to hear the staff’s explanations about the dishes. Still, I highly recommend this place if you are in town and enjoy outstanding fusion cuisine

Wow~~ The atmosphere is really quiet and the food is delicious. It's a fresh take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, and I'm absolutely thrilled. It's a constant feast for the eyes, ears, and palate. They even kindly explain the ingredients in the dishes, how to eat them, and how to enjoy them. If you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City with your parents or a loved one, enjoying delicious food at a nice place at least once during your trip is a wonderful memory. I highly recommend this place to create those wonderful memories. Because it's not a place you can eat quickly in a noisy environment, you might have to wait a while if you don't make a reservation. Reserving in advance is recommended to avoid the wait.

Food, service, and experience were all fantastic. The menu was extremely well thought out and consisted of a wide variety of dishes. They also had a passport to explain of the dishes which was very well designed.Food was great. Their kombucha pairing was also superb. Would definitely want to visit again in the future.

The meal was exquisite, especially the presentation. It incorporated many new elements into local Vietnamese cuisine. The meat was cooked exceptionally well and was incredibly tender. The service was also very attentive, especially Tri's thorough introductions. The center table in the backyard was meticulously cleaned, leaving no trace of water stains. I've been to many restaurants, but I've never seen such meticulous service. This time, I chose the 14-course menu and was very satisfied. 💓

Loved my experience at ORYZ! The space feels elegant but still cozy, perfect for a chill dinner. Staff were super friendly and attentive without being pushy. The new menu Hồng Hà Tử Tôn, inspired by Hà Nội, is so culturally creative, which was both beautiful and delicious. Definitely more than just a meal, it felt like a whole cultural dining experience.

If you're looking for a unique dining experience, this is definitely the place to go. Not only was the food and atmosphere exceptional, but the exquisite dishes were a feast for the eyes and palate. I enjoyed the 14-course meal over two hours, and I didn't even realize how quickly time flew by.

It was so delicious and a special experience!! I think it would be great to come here for an anniversary. I highly recommend it🩷
