Perfect place to enjoy Chinese food in Saigon.

ORYZ Saigon offers an upscale dining experience with a sophisticated ambiance, perfect for special occasions or romantic evenings. The service at ORYZ Saigon was exceptional, thanks to Dat's outstanding hospitality. Dat took the time to explain each dish in detail, sharing the inspiration behind the creations and the carefully selected ingredients. His passion for the cuisine shone through, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The fine dining Vietnamese and Chinese fusion cuisine at ORYZ Saigon is truly remarkable. Each dish is a masterful blend of flavors, textures, and presentation. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight. The menu showcases the Singaporean chef's creativity and attention to detail, with dishes that are both familiar and innovative. I also loved how the Taiwanese owner cames to meet and greet you at the end of the meal, explained how group of friends created the restaurant and where the idea's came from. It's was also nice to hear incentive program for her staff meaning she care about her staff and wanted to make sure each of them were giving exceptional service. I got the 16 course meal, but one thing I think can improve is to give a little break between season or else it kind of feel like your rushing your customers out the restaurant. My favourite was the radishes as it was fresh and it make prep you to start eating the other courses. For dessert, my favourite was the tofu hua

One of the best fine dining in HCMC, infused with vietnam elements, presenting the set menu as a concept of traveling.Each course is meticulously prepared, showcasing a depth of flavors and incorporating molecular gastronomy methods for an innovative presentation.The atmosphere is exceptionally comfortable, and the staff—whether serving courses or attending to tea—demonstrate impeccable professionalism.”Strongly recommended

Many delicious dishes, the names sound familiar but the presentation is very beautiful and unique, and especially each dish has a delicious aroma and unique taste. I hope the restaurant will maintain its reputation, the service team is good, and Tram, the evening waitress, is very cheerful and enthusiastic.

We visited Saigon in December, and out of several higher end meals we had, this one was our favorite. We had a tasting menu with modern reinterpretations of dishes from Hanoi, Hue, and HCM, and everything was perfection. The kombucha flight was some of the best kombucha I've ever had and dessert was also delicious.The service was so accommodating, not intrusive, and informative. A definite must stop for any trip to Saigon.

Great service, brilliant design of menu and the entire journey throughout the meal. Had quite a lot of fine dining before even with Asian flavors, was always very French influenced. ORYZ definitely present the elements and concept of Vietnamese/ Chinese best. Highly recommend and will visit again when we are next in Saigon.

He flies the entire team to the regions each menu draws from, ensuring they absorb not just techniques, but the essence of the cuisine. It’s not fusion, it’s lived in flavor.A standout? Their house fermented soy and chilli sauces, absolutely to DIE for. These aren’t condiments; they’re statements. Layered, alive, and clearly made with time and intention.An Ton and Nhat delivered some of the best service I’ve experienced, warm, informed, and genuinely present. The front of house flows seamlessly with the kitchen, ensuring that dishes arrive at their peak and are explained with clarity and care. The sommelier is sharp, intuitive, and unpretentious, her recommendations enhanced, never overshadowed.Come hungry and unhurried. You’re not just dining, you’re being guided through a story. Very interesting and full of inspiration fine dining place. It combines southern Chinese food with Vietnamese flavours. Especially like the cocktail Purple Brew. It made me go back to Jiang Nan area in East of China in one sipping. My table waiter Nhat is very friendly and well explained the concept of each dish. I would come back to try their next new menu if I am in town.

Oryz did a great job. The menu strikes the perfect balance — familiar enough to feel nostalgic, fresh enough to stay exciting. The tea pairing is a plus. Flavors matched well, nothing felt forced. The space is solid. Service is professional. Coming back. And bringing friends next time.

Michelin 1 star unique experience Vietnamese traditional cuisine We ordered 16 courses. The food was very thorough and both taste and appearance were good. Both my eyes and my mouth enjoyed it. There is a booklet written in English and Korean. It was easy to understand The staff is also very friendly and courteous. You explained it well. Meal time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was a truly satisfying meal. If you live in Ho Chi Minh, this is a place you must visit at least once. I ate well Thank you~

First time in vietnam and we found this chinese vietnamese fusion restuarant online so we decided to give it a try! Suffice to say we were very impressed with the food as well as the service! We were served by Nhi and she was amazing with the explanations as well as service 😀

Excellent service and food. The idea and conception was amazing. One of the best restaurant I have been to for quite some time. Must try if you are in Vietnam. Also music selection was great!
