Fifth time back at ORYZ and it just keeps getting better. The vibe is always warm and welcoming, As usual, Frances came by to say hi, which was such a nice touch. Big shoutout to An, Tri, Dat, and Phuong for the amazing service, they really looked after us the whole night.Every dish was on point, but the congee? Absolutely amazing. Honestly, we’ve never had a bad meal here. Can’t wait to come back again!

Professional, friendly service team, always attentively supporting guests throughout the event.Quality sound and lighting system, banquet hall is invested carefully from the smallest details. Fantastic fine dining gem in Saigon. Creative dishes with authentic flavors, great story telling in a relaxed, non-pretentious setting. Our waitress Tram was excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Had a great dining experience at Orynz Saigon. Every time I come to eat, I get to enjoy a new menu, unique and meticulous in every ingredient. I really like the broth, sauce, and homemade soy sauce here. I can clearly feel the characteristic aroma in each dish without being too strong because it is cooked from natural vegetables-roots-meat. This time, I ate the Cho Lon menu with 14 dishes (full). I was impressed and nodded throughout the meal. At the end, the dessert also made me equally fascinated, I liked the nut cake the most, fragrant and just the right amount. Looking forward to the special set menus the restaurant brings in the future. Oh, and the very fragrant lotus tea served with dessert. So thoughtful and delicate ❤️

My husband and I dined at this restaurant on June 13, 2025, after multiple reservation changes due to flight delays.  The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the rescheduling process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our table.  The friendly staff then presented the menu, and we opted for the 14-course meal paired with kombucha and Hakurakusei sake. Our server was exceptionally attentive and provided detailed explanations for each dish.  The pairing included four distinct varieties of kombucha and sake, complementing the main courses perfectly. The entire dining experience was delightful, with every dish being exceptionally delicious. We will undoubtedly return for another visit in the future. We extend our sincere gratitude for the outstanding hospitality, particularly to our server (whose name we unfortunately didn't catch).Thank you for giving me such an unforgettable dining experience.

Really enjoyable dinner, couldn't fault anything. The congee and the duck dish are great. But highlight of the night was the Pho broth, the best I've ever had.

My boyfriend and I had a very special experience at Oryz Saigon, when we chose to use the 14-course set menu - a truly sophisticated and emotional culinary journey.What impressed me most was the restaurant's concept: each dish was carefully introduced, from the ingredients, how to enjoy it, to the meaning and story behind it. Each dish was beautifully presented, like a work of art. I chose kombucha, which really went well with the food, stimulating my taste buds, a must-try drink when coming to the restaurant.The staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful, always paying attention to every little detail so that customers felt the best care.I really appreciate the enthusiastic and lovely support of the staff at the restaurant - from choosing a private, cozy table corner, to creating an extremely romantic space for us.Next time I return to Vietnam, I will definitely come back to experience Oryz's new set menu. Thank you so much for contributing to creating such a beautiful memory in our love journey!

This is my first fine dining restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. The whole experience was perfect and we loved every bit of it.We picked the 14 course. It was not too much or too little and the food was tasty af.The menu prepared by the chef was well balanced and we were intrigued with the story behind each plate and the ambiance the restaurant created around each course.Our host, Nhi, was very welcoming and she guided us on a wonderful journey.The restaurant's attention to detail was on point. It was spacious, the cutlery was beautiful and the seating was comfy. The 2 hours flew by !I for sure recommend this place.Do not forget to try the homemade Kombucha 🤤🔥

ORYZ Vol.07 Cho Lon Since I heard the name of this new set menu from ORYZ, I have been sure that this must be a super attractive set, simply because since living in Cho Lon, I have gained quite a bit of weight.And that's right, this menu from ORYZ is an experience through 5 culinary cultures of the Chinese communities in Saigon, each dish has different variations and changes, it really goes from one surprise to another, the most impressive must be "Hainanese chicken rice", "Teochew steamed fish", the way ORYZ tells the story this time must be said to be super attractive, right down to the last dish. Thank you ORYZ for creating this set menu, and now we have to wait for the new Vols of ORYZ!!

It’s a whole experience here! They are not only serving food but also stories! Wow! It’s about culture, lifestyle behind each dish. They put lots of thoughts and heart into whatever they are doing. I feel like a missing if not dine here once in life. 🙂
